On the backstage, we want to know how their project was handled, from the person who took your first phone call to the last Baker team member to leave your site when the job was over. Were their questions and concerns handled in a timely manner? Did they receive their quote on time? How were their interactions with estimators, project managers, and coordinators? 

We also want to know how our team performs on the front stage. Did our rigging and demolition crews show up on time? Did they have a complete understanding of the tasks at hand and did they work safely? Were problems addressed promptly and handled professionally?
